General Application Information 

1. Choose your start date and complete the Application for Admission 2010 form on the next 2 pages.
2. Check that you have read and understand the fees and fee inclusions and have all the documentation listed in the checklist at the bottom of the application form. 
3. Email the completed form, along with the supporting documents to: info@icae.edu.au. Alternatively, you can visit our website, www.icae.edu.au, for other application options. 
4. ICAE will process your application within 2 business days and if your application is approved, we will send you a Letter of Offer which will include an Acceptance Agreement, our Refund Policy and a Remittance of Fees Form. 
5. Students who have IELTS band scores of 5 or lower may need to complete an approved English language course before starting with ICAE. This condition will included in your offer letter. Please contact us for more details. 
6. Applicants from some countries will need to use this Letter of Offer to apply for their visa and get a Preliminary Visa Assessment (PVA) before they pay their first installment of fees. Visa application is done through the Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC). 
7. Once you are ready to pay your first fee installment, you will need to sign and return your Refund Policy, Acceptance Agreement and Remittance of Fees Form. Once we have received those forms, a copy of your PVA approval (if applicable) and we have received the money from your first fee installment, ICAE will issue an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE). 
8. You will then use your eCOE to apply for or finalise your student visa (Category 572: Vocational Education Visa) through DIAC. This can be done with the help of an agent or the student can visit the DIAC website, www.immi.gov.au, for student visa application information.
9. When your visa is approved you will need to send us a copy of the visa. We will then send you a pre-departure package with information regarding your arrival in Darwin.
